From Grief to Social Enterprise - Joshua Cowan - PHA Wellness Wednesday

Our presenter for Wellness Wednesday 15th May was Joshua Cowan. When Joshua lost his father to rapid cancer in August 2022, he decided to turn tragedy into hope. After some time looking for inspiration, he met with Eastern White Pine which has sent him on a 16 month journey from grief to a successful social enterprise.
Tonight Joshua shares his story of transformation and we learn about the potential of pine for assisting with emerging wellbeing issues.
