Another One: Barge Hits and Damages A Bridge In Texas Causing Oil Spill Into River

According to news, A barge slammed into a bridge pillar in Galveston, Texas, on Wednesday, spilling oil into surrounding waters and closing the only road to a smaller and separate island.
This seems to be quite an ongoing occurrence. Of course it could be just me.
No injuries reported as of the news report.
