A mentally healthy person has a lot of flexibility in their psyche.

The capacity to cope with problems is the core of health.

Adaptability, self-awareness and awareness of others, ability to engage in novel problem solving, not get stuck on a singular solution, the capacity to be able to self regulate and to self soothe are all attributes to a mentally healthy person.
