King Charles III striking red portrait draws comparisons with historic tyrants

Buckingham Palace announced the unveiling of a new portrait of King Charles III, but it seems the showing of the new painting had not passed off without a hitch. In fact the image of the 75-year-old monarch was compared to historic tyrants both real and imagined.
