Sen. Walsh did indeed vote against the Bill. He asked in the video if I was an attorney. I am not. But I did supply the most comprehensive testimony on the bill at the legislature, and there were attorneys who supported this Bill, Rep. Soye, Rep. Hansen, and Rep. Odenbach.

Sen. Walsh is trying to “save face” by stating that he stood for a “smoke out”, which ended with the RINOs gutting the Bill and turning it into a “Summer Study” (toothless)

This Ban has passed in several states. And Porn Hub has ceased, in certain cases.
