Creamy Chicken Puffs

CHICKEN FILLING:
-400 gm boneless chicken(cut and chopped)
-2 tbsp. butter/oil
-1 medium onion chopped
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. black pepper
-1 tsp. garam masala powder
-1 tbsp tamarind sauce(imli chutney)
-2 tbsp. flour
-1 cup milk
2 tsp coriander chopped
-2 chopped green chillies
Puff pastry sheet OR Phyllo sheets
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp butter, fry onion till soft then add chicken and
the spices with tamarind sauce,once chicken changes
colod add flour, then milk, cook till it thickens, mix in
chopped green chillies and coriander leaves, remove and
cool completely.
Take one phyllo sheet/puff pastry spread place the
chicken filling, put butter to seal the sheets and form
triangle shapes as shown. Fry on medium heat for 2
minutes each side til golden and crisp from outside. (Or
f using puff pastry bake at 180 for 10-12 minutes till
golden and done.
