Wayne County prosecutors have charged Cedric Jackson, 59, with first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under 13-17), kidnapping, and unlawful imprisonment.
Prosecutors said at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, Jackson lured the girl into his house in the 15700 block of Braille Street in Detroit. He kidnapped her and sexually assaulted her. After the assault, he released her from his house. She was taken to a hospital
