Freshly back from Japan and ready to compare and contrast the stark differences in culture and attitude, as the fiat Yen starts on a path toward hyperinflation. With the city essentially on sale, it was the perfect place for a 50th birthday party for the one and only Chang, a friend for the past 30 years.

The Woke agenda was on display, which was surprising to a degree, but it is hard to hide the fact that Tokyo is the wealthiest major city in the world and real business takes priority.

Is Japan heading for a culture change due to its less-than-favorable demographic shifts? The government is already paving the way to import more foreigners, but will they be more selective than the idiots running America?
