RT correspondent runs for cover while filming Belgorod attack aftermath

A Ukrainian strike on Belgorod, Russia that led to an apartment collapse, left 19 civilians dead. RT correspondent Steve Sweeney is at the scene filming the aftermath, where he and his crew had to take cover several times because Ukraine continues to target the civilian area.
