He’s recently retired from the University of California Davis as Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Malting and Brewing Sciences. And currently he is the Senior Quality advisor at the legendary Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Dr. Bamforth’s blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application has solidified his reputation as a leading voice in the brewing world.
