Tips for Remembering Your Dreams

In this video, I discuss some keys and tools for remembering dreams. Oftentimes people will say they don't remember their dreams. And others say they don't dream. Not remembering or saying you don't dream is merely a sign that you don't remember your dreams because everybody dreams, even animals and newborn babies dream.
Hope you are able to use these keys and tools to help you remember your dreams. They are the primary portal to the spiritual realm and are so important for our spiritual development. They help us in so many ways, so let's make that special effort to remember them until it is no longer an effort and we can begin to remember at least one dream every time we sleep.
