Once these practices are implemented daily..
A complete change will emerge from past exploits of ignorance..Habits long indulging for fun and escape of the real world..will hold no merit..as well as certain Family..Friends..
and Foes..They will no longer have INFLUENCE over your #LIFE and it's #ACTIONS..loving from a distance will be your mantra..
