INGREDIENTS:
Beef fillet:
500 g beef fillet (1.1 pounds)
Salt
Black pepper
olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 cloves of garlic

Red wine sauce:
2 shallots
250 ml red wine (1 cup)
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 bay leaf
3-4 sprigs of thyme
Salt
Black pepper
100 g butter (about 7 tablespoons or just under 1/2 cup)

Potatoes:
Baby potatoes
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Parmesan

Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
