Capital Gains Tax is Theft

All taxes are theft. The Carbon tax for a problem that doesn't exit is pure theft.

If someone bought a house in 1980 and sells it September 2024 … the capital gains will be more than 250K…. So these poor elderly people will loose their pension funds!!!! A whole life savings!
