Salisbury Meatballs & Rice

Looking for a super easy, delicious meal? This is it!
Recipe:
Start with washing 2 cups of long grain rice thoroughly.
Add your rice to your instapot 2.25 cups of water.
1 tablespoon Chicken Bouillon, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic Powder.
Quarter slice onion ( white, yellow, even red)
1 packet of Gravy mix just the powder, not the liquid portion.
Add 10-13 frozen meatballs whatever brand you like.
Put the lid on set it for rice. Mine is 15 minutes, remember to set the dial to seal. after 15 change the dial to release the steam. (Keep your hands and arms clear to prevent steam burn)
While Rice is cooking prepare another packet of gravy on the stove top
(Follow directions, or make whatever brown gravy you prefer)
When rice is done, release the steam, and plate your dish up, top with stove top gravy, Parmesan, dried chives and enjoy.
Under 20 minutes start to finish, feeds 4-6 adults. Super delicious. Enjoy!
