Today's Terrible Judge: Juan Merchan and Alvin Bragg

DA Alvin Bragg lowers half of all felonies to misdemeanors in #NewYork county, yet raised a misdemeanor to a felony in order to indict Trump on "hush money" charges. The lead prosecutor was a DNC consultant and #3 at Biden's DOJ before being hired by Bragg to prosecute #Trump. The other lead prosecutor donated over $1000 to #JoeBiden and #ActBlue in 2020. The judge, #JuanMerchan , donated money to #Biden in 2020 as well.
