A German chef taught me this pork trick! So easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
1.5 (3.3 lb) kg pork neck.
Cover with foil.
Beat the pork.
Make cuts.
4 cloves of garlic.
4 teaspoons of mustard.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Curry.
Oregano.
Roll up the edges and marinate for 30 minutes.
6 potatoes.
Leave in hot water for 30 minutes.
2 onions.
Oil.
300 g (0.7 lb) mushrooms.
Add to onion.
2 tablespoons of capers.
Salt and pepper.
5 slices of bacon.
Add the mushroom filling.
Tie the roll with thread.
Oil.
2 tablespoons of honey.
1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
1 tablespoon of mustard.
Spread with sauce.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
Dry the potatoes with paper towels.
Olive oil.
Oregano and pepper.
Garlic powder and salt.
Black pepper and breadcrumbs.
Everything to taste.
Place the potatoes in 1 layer.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 30 minutes.
Cover with 2 layers of foil.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 1 hour.
