Viking NSBM/Dark Ambient/Noise band from England. This guy has made all different types of music each release is very different. The newer stuff is more epic/symphonic sounding I'll upload something from that era too. He is still making music today. With standard latin characters the name of the band is Aethelruna. I love the album cover art his releases usually have very good art.
