Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lb) pork.

Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

70 g of butter.
Salt and pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
Dill.
Put butter on a piece of meat.
Roll up as shown in the video.
Repeat with each piece.

Arrange the potatoes.
Place the meat on top of the potatoes.
Cover with damp parchment paper.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes.
