How to Install The Retail Version of Unreal Tournament 3 on windows 10

I just got this game today, and there is an error that says "An administrator has blocked you from running this app." when you try to run the setup off the disk. A huge thank you to Reddit user AIgavemethisusername for posting this fix. For links to the reddit post, and to the Titian Pack go here:

Also, if you need help saving your settings, go into your PC's Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\SaveData and change the first part of the default Player.ue3profile to [your desired username].ue3profile in order to get it to save your key bindings and settings, otherwise the game will go back to the default setting each time.
