Sun Kwai Heung BBQ food (https://maps.app.goo.gl/s1czVB2zn8AAs...) - First up on this Hong Kong meat bbq tour we’re going to a place that serves some of the best and juiciest char siu in Hong Kong. We were lucky to see some of the process where the meat is marinated, roasted, then coated in a sweet glaze.

Wing Hap Lung (https://maps.app.goo.gl/X9tayK8hBpvLK...) - Many Cantonese barbecue restaurants in Hong Kong are not longer permitted to use charcoal, but Wing Hap Lung still has the license, and they still roast pig over fire.

Yat Lok (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bezf96Kx2ED7a...) - Yat Lok roast goose is legendary I first came here many years ago - but this time we were able to get into the kitchen to see a little bit of the goose roasting process. It’s still family run and they sells hundreds of geese per day. What I love about Yat Lok is they tend to roast their goose a little longer than other places so the skin is extra crispy and smoky.
