During our recent family fun trip, we saw this tree with lots of fruits. Toots teens have tasted this fruit before but forgot how it tastes so we pick a few and tasted it. Oh my! It is so sour.

In the Philippines, this plant thrives in jungles and forests. Some would plant it in their yards. Aside from enjoying it with salt on a hot humid day, this fruit is also used in cooking sinigang, a sour stew.
