This speech by Dr Rand Paul does not dwell specifically so much on America's founding documents. Instead it dwells on the American values that allowed Americans to create such documents. Dr Paul compares the successful and moral American Revolution to the disastrous French Revolution. He points out that it was American values that spawned the American founding documents and still hold those documents in esteem.
