Palestinian medical bills: Many struggle to pay for vital treatment

Earlier this month, an Israeli soldier shot an 8-year-old Palestinian boy in the neck at the Aqbat Jabr refugee camp in the Jordan Valley. He was detained, then dumped at an Israeli hospital. Days later, his family was handed medical bills worth more than 13,000 dollars.
