Tucker Carlson Says Illegals can Vote in our elections

Apparently illegals can vote in our election and play dumb to it all thanks to 18 U.S. Code § 611 - Voting by aliens they can play dumb and use section 3 the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
