1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Vegetables:
1 bunch of asparagus
1 bunch of spring onions
1/2 chili pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 red onion

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
