They are so delicious that I make them every day! A simple recipe with minced meat and potatoes.
📝 Ingredients:
minced meat 800 gr.
baking soda 1/3 tsp.
🔴 Any minced meat itself is quite hard and dry. With the help of regular baking soda it will become softer, juicier, and airier. It also helps in tenderizing meat.
green onions.
Bell pepper.
salt to taste.
ground black pepper.
ground coriander.
dry or fresh garlic.
dry parsley.
cheese.
📢Wrap the minced meat into rolls, forming using parchment paper.
raw potatoes.
vegetable oil.
a little salt.
seasoning for potatoes.
paprika.
vegetable oil.
breadcrumbs.
rice flour 2 tbsp.
butter.
vegetable oil.
🔴Parchment soaked in water prevents food from drying out. You can keep food in the oven more than usual without fear that the meat or fish will turn out dry.
🕦preheated
oven t 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
