Today was a KILLER chest workout with only Dumbbells! The slow and controlled movements paired nicely with the isolation.

Workout Details:
⏱️ Duration: 20 minute workout + 5 minute cool down
🏋️♂️ Equipment: Set of dumbbells, and a non-slip workout mat
💪🏽 Dumbbell: For reference only, I’m using 50 lb and 10 lbs
⏱️ Intervals: 30 seconds between each set

Details for this 20 minute upper chest dumbbell workout:
- Two-Handed Dumbbell Chest press 3x8
- Incline Dumbbell Press 3x8
- Flat Dumbbell Press 3x8
- Flat Dumbbell Chest Fly's 3x8
- Incline Close-Grip Push-ups 3x8
