**STUFFED MIRCHI PAKORA**

INGREDIENTS
8-9 big green chillies
1 n 1/2 cup gram flour(besan)
3 tbsp rice flour(adds crispiness)
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 n 1/2 tsp red chilli
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1tsp aamchoor(mango powder)
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp baking soda
Water (to form a thick paste)
Oil(for deep frying)
For Potato filling: Take 2 potatoes, boil and mash them,
add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp
cumin powder. Mix this all up. And filling is ready
METHOD:
-Mix all the dry ingredients mentioned above and
gradually add water to form a thick batter. It shouldnt be
runny, else it wont stay on Mirchi.
-Cut a slit on chillies,remove seeds, fill with potato
stuffing, coat in the pakora batter, and fry on medium to
high heat till golden and crisp
