Techniques:
1. No mind. At this speed, you have no time to think. It is like when driving a car; it needs to be in your system if you wish to survive an accident. The moment you think, you'll crash!!!
2. Always fall into a technique (or stance): A true warrior never falls or takes time to recover; the trick is to have control over your breathwork to perform while you recover. In this case, know "why" and "how" your drive car! Besides, falling on your back delays momentum, which is time you don't have, plus you can break something or hurt yourself.
3. Always keep your eyes on your opponent (or ball/weapon). This speaks without words. Just watch, and you'll see!
4. See their movements before they move and be there way before they move (see video).
