Info from Licensor: "It was our daughter's 5th birthday, and we placed her on the counter so that she'd be up high and the center of attention when we sang to her. As soon as we were done she accidentally blew out some of her candles. When she finished blowing out the rest she scooted back, but went too far and fell off the counter landing on our trashcan and then the floor. We all screamed but she exclaimed that she was okay."
