APA articles, Reading/Commentary 2019-05 "The Constitution Must be Revised to Ensure Deterrence" Unlisted Video

Alright so due to my stay at an APA Hotel in Japan, I became aware of the essayist Seiji Fuji whom also apparently is the CEO of the hotel chain. Figured I would record my reading the English, while also giving commentary.

The Constitution of Japan, regarding Article 9, shouldn't be changed: you would immediately call attention to yourself as an aggressor in the region; war is more military and not self defense, so there's no need to specify the obvious use of the JSDF so as to be a normal interdependent nation like America; also, chemical weapons may not have been meant but you don't need them nor America's own nukes (American-made nukes, sure, but not American controlled ones)... Ancient Roman Wars were actually mostly all "self-defense" wars so that's mainly the immediate reason for not needing to change Article 9: you renounced war, yes, but you are still a nation lol. ... A lot of sub-essays weren't answered by the body attached to the header, which was weird.
