Northern lights visible across U.S., even reaching the deep south, due to solar storm

Dazzling colors lit up the night sky over the United States as the aurora borealis was visible as far south as Florida and even possibly Hawaii. News’ George Solis speaks with a planetarium director to learn more about what’s causing the spectacle in the sky.
