Trance Biofeedback

The trance state appears to be the ideal state to receive a spiritual experience, but the type of experience cannot be guaranteed - inspiration, healing, wisdom, divine love, bliss and peace, or maybe a less positive Siddhi. An entranced person thus has no idea what will happen. But we do know what activities might send you into trance. Thus this video is different from the others in this section, because although we know the activities, we are unable to predict the outcome - the type of experience. This video also describes biofeedback and its role in helping people to induce the right state.
