You can see how Moses is a Type and a Picture of Jesus Christ.
Just as Stephen pointed out, he was rejected by his own as they did not understand he was to deliver them.
Moses later shepherds the Gentile flock with his Gentile Bride.
The scripture says that after a long period of time, the king of Egypt died. You will see who this king was.
He was Thutmose III.
The reason we know this is because, the Bible gives you the exact number of days from Solomon's Temple to the Exodus.
Just like Jesus return, suddenly and surprisingly, God speaks to Moses, and tells him he has heard the cries of his people Israel.
God sends Moses, who is a foreshadowing of Jesus, back to save Israel during their time of great trouble.
God hears the cries of Israel today as well. And just like both Joseph and Moses, Jesus has been Shepherding the Gentile flock with His Gentile bride, and He too will return to save all of Israel.
