Nine dogs found stuffed in small dog crate, abandoned in alley in St. Pete

Nine dogs were found stuffed in a small dog crate that was tied shut and left in an alley in St. Petersburg Monday night. Pawlicious Poochie Pet Rescue in St. Pete tells us they received the nine dogs Monday night after a woman called St. Petersburg police.
