KCI passengers react to Southwest plane emergency landing

Passengers at KCI said they felt OK with flying on Southwest Wednesday morning, after an engine failure and emergency landing by one of the company’s planes resulted in a woman’s death earlier in the week. Many said they felt what happened was out of the company’s hands, and that Southwest was handling the situation well.
