Foreign Nationals Booking & Attempting To Permanently Take Over American’s Airbnbs

“I've now had 2 foreign nationalists in the last month try to book and take over my Airbnb and stay there forever. And most recently, just a week ago.”

“The first one happened about a month ago and that was actually a story I made where I had to change the code and everything and kick them out and I got somebody come in, step in, and scare them off. And I actually didn't realize it until afterwards because they then booked another Airbnb and that host messaged me that they tried to do the same thing and they got a lot more details out of it. Basically, in that state, they can stay because of their foreign nationalist, you know, however this policy works right now.

I don't really know. Then I had another one that was trying to do the same thing just about a week ago and I caught it beforehand. For this one, I completely declined the request so they were not allowed to book. So we are Gucci in that neighborhood. So take this to a PSA as all other Airbnb owners out there.

I look out for you guys hopefully we do the same and be cautious because yes it makes for a great story in here but it is actually a fairly large problem And hopefully I never have to make a story about this ever again. We shall see.”
