Dinner prep: White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients:
Veggies (Garlic, Onion, Bell peppers, Carrot, Tomato)
Flour (Maida) 150 gm
Butter 1 tps
Milk
Spices ( Oregano, Chilli flakes)
Cheese
Pasta 200gm

Process to make the pasta:
1. Boil the pasta nicely (Tip: add salt and a bit of oil while the water is boiling, it will help the pasta to cook nicely and avoid the stickiness in it.)
2. In another pan add oil and saute all the veggies nicely.
3. Now in another pan add butter.
4. Once the butter melts down all flour to it and mix it well.
5. Add mill to it and stir it continuously to avoid lumps in it.
6. Still it well till the consistency is good as sauce, and add any type of cheese to it.
7. Again stir it well, till the consistency is like a sauce.
8. Add the veggies that you have sauted earlier.
9. Finally add the boiled pasta to the sauce and mix it well.
