~~ Russia started a new offensive in the North, by Karkov Ukraine, under the new Northern group forces. The Ukrainians claim Russia only wants to create a buffer zone to stop the artillery attacks on Russian civilians in Belgorod Russia..
I dont think Russia wants to take Kharkov, it's a city of 1.5 million people and would be a bloodbath to take it, the best option would be to put kharkov under siege and starve the Ukrainians out.
