Here is Part 286 of the ‘Foot Workouts’ series!

In this video, I keep a steady back-beat with my hands, and play the fifty fourth 8-note pattern (LRRRLLLL - left / right / right / right / left / left / left / left) with my feet, at 60bpm at first, and then a little bit faster, at 80bpm.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
