Free Movies and Shows on Plex

Plex is a great free option for those looking to get rid of cable and their streaming services. The streaming services are charging lots more these days and you still gotta watch ads with some of their subscriptions. Plex might not solve all your TV needs but I know many people that only use TV as background noise to kill the awkward silence in the room or because it helps them sleep and this will be perfect for them. Plex also has free live TV which will suit some people better. Besides all that, you can add all your own music, movies and shows and your family pictures and videos to watch anytime you want. You can create playlists with all you holiday music and collections of all your holiday movies in place for easy access for guests around the holidays.

Plex Pass lets you have access to your to Plex server when you are not on your home WIFI and you can share your personal collection with family and friends. I didn't mention the monthly $4.99 plan in the video because I didn't know there was that option but that's great for anyone wanting to try it out. If you own a lot of music you and you want to listen to it on the road or you travel a lot and want to watch one of your movies or shows you will need plex pass.
