Just a quickie 25Km “Trials” this morning. I have class to get to early today. Good but not great metrics. The overall time was decent but the big swing in Wattage indicates some accumulation of fatigue from the weeks training. Tomorrow might be a Stepmill day depending on how recovery goes.
