Jockey Shane Ellis Land A Triple At Woodbine

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Shane ‘The Canterman’ Ellis landed a triple today, Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Woodbine race track in Canada.
Ellis rode Lady Xi to victory in the first of the scheduled eight races atop Lady Xi for trainer Paul Lepiane in a three-year-olds and up Maiden Optional Claiming call at 6 ½ furlongs on the All-Weather Track.
His second success came in the third aboard Julie’s Mist for trainer Carlo Fuoco in a three-year-olds and up (fillies and mares) event at six furlongs on the All-Weather Track.
Ellis closed his triple on Trubuchet for trainer Krista Cole in an Open three-year-old and up contest at six furlongs on the All-Weather Track.
