Concord Grape Jam - using frozen grapes (or you can use fresh too!)

I'm trying to clean out my freezer and get it ready for this year's harvest. I have some concord grapes I haven't used so I am going to make some jam with it! This is great to keep your grapes until ready to use if you don't have time when you harvest them.
