Fountains turned on across Kansas City

Kansas Citians celebrated Fountain Day on Tuesday, and fountains across the metro were turned on. At a ceremony at the Spirit of Freedom Fountain, the city manager announced 2018 is the first year in several that all city-owned fountains are running on Fountain Day.
