Wonder bread without flour and yeast

This juicy wholemeal bread does not require flour or yeast. It tastes mildly nutty and, thanks to the high proportion of seeds, keeps you full for a long time
Tip: Use gluten-free oatmeal to make gluten-free bread
Recipe:
100g/3.5oz hazelnuts
120g/4.2oz oat flakes
150g/5.3oz sunflower seeds
90g/3.2oz ground flax seeds
35g/1.2oz chia seeds
20g/0.7oz psyllium husks
1 teaspoon salt
400ml/ 13.5fl.oz. Water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon syrup or honey

Bake:
25 minutes at 180 degrees / 350F in the tin
30 minutes without mold with top and bottom heat
