CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
For Marination:
1 kg Chicken(l took with skin, you can take without skin
too)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chillipowder
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
Boil chicken for 7-8 minutes, just so it's properly cooked
from the inside after frying too
Now mix together all the above mentioned ingredients
and Marinate the chicken. Poke the chicken so the spices
are well absorbed.
Flour mix For Coating
1 n half cups all purpose flour(maida)
Half cup cornflour.
1tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp oregano
1tsp garlic powder
Cold water, for dipping
Mix all the dry ingredients. Now coat chicken in flour mix,
then dip in water, and then coat with flour mix again,
shake off the excess flour.
and And fry golden. on medium heat for " 12-14 "" "" minutes till crispy and golden.
