Frozen Copsicles | Batman: Arkham City #9

Welcome back to Batman: Arkham City! I continue to push through the museum after a brief run-in with the Penguin. He is just toying with these cops' lives so I need to put a stop to it before anymore are lost. I head into a room labeled the torture chamber which has been frozen over thanks to the tech stolen from Mr. Freeze. This room splits off into three others, I need to clear all of them before going after Penguin!
