Learning Through Losing - It Starts... Brutal AI (RA3 AvE Game 1)

After coming off the high of winning my first brutal match in Red Alert 3 as I warmup for Tempest Rising, the AI proceeded to smack my hubris back down to earth. What a shame. Beating the Empire faction as allies is going to be hard for me. But I'll do my best. The most important thing is to make sure I learn something from the loss, and get at least 1% better after each match.
I'm always up for tips and help, so let me know how to improve.
